Job Description:

In this role, you will balance your focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers with issues involving cardholder fraud and dispute claims.

Responsibilities


  • Communicate with customers in a metrics-driven environment
  • Demonstrate resiliency, and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations with our customers, clients, merchants
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating customers/clients with respect and responding with empathy, and document all interactions thoroughly
  • Demonstrate personal excellence including punctuality, integrity, and accountability
  • Effectively prioritize work, and approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
  • Abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures

Requirements


  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires email and phone-based customer interaction
  • Minimum of one year of customer interaction , dispute or fraud claim or commercial card e xperience experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred
