Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position will manage trade and client operations across the managed account platform. Candidates should have significant experience in both design and implementation in these areas, combined with experience to scale processes and technology to accommodate significant volume.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the trade and client operations teams, leveraging internal and external technology.
  • Design and implement automated processes supporting multi-asset class portfolios for separately managed accounts (SMAs), model portfolios and UMAs, ensuring high quality execution, scale and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams as well as 3rd party vendors to ensure state-of-the-art systems implementation and risk management in the trade-order process.
  • Lead software upgrades for both accounting and trade processing software.
  • Collaborate and communicate with implementation specialists, ensuring speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain and design effective controls and procedures to comply with regulatory requirements and satisfy internal and external audits.
  • Working closely with the executive team, build plans for additional scale as we add new products, channels and clients; determine hiring needs and hiring as necessary
  • Serve on Trading and Operations Committee.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a multi-asset, technology-driven environment overseeing trade operations.
  • Voracious attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities and a hands-on management style.
  • Strong leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding analytical, verbal, and written skills.
  • Must be a team player with an attitude toward excellence in client service.
