What you will do
Are you looking for a role that you can use your experience with customer service & technical support?
You will be responsible for supporting internal and external clients on access control and video products throughout North America. You will assist with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will be trained as a certified technician for our security products such as Ccure 9000/victor/VideoEdge/Kantech/Exacq.
