What you will do

Are you looking for a role that you can use your experience with customer service & technical support?

You will be responsible for supporting internal and external clients on access control and video products throughout North America. You will assist with troubleshooting technical issues and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. You will be trained as a certified technician for our security products such as Ccure 9000/victor/VideoEdge/Kantech/Exacq.

How you will do it

• Provide fully programmed Bundled Systems matching customer’s specific requirements including network configuration.


• Assist with ACVS Products by remoting into their computer to look at the issues.


• Perform database migrations from Ccure 800 to Ccure 9000.


• Responsible for basic configuration changes, system reports and scheduled updates.


• Setting up and monitoring Visitor Management programming.


• Providing configuration Services for Third Party integration like elevator controls.

What we look for

Required

• Good Customer Service skills.


• Basic Technical Skills with Computers, network and Operating System.


• High level of self-management of assignments.

Preferred

• Some management experience is preferred.


• Spanish or Portuguese language skills helpful.
