French Bilingual IT Service Analyst Associate III at PPG INDUSTRIES INC in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

As a Service Analyst Associate, you will provide support to end-users and provide pro-active monitoring of PPG's computer system through IT service management (ITIL) methodology best course of action toward incident, problem, and knowledge centered support. Do you demonstrate outstanding analytical abilities to quickly resolve technical problems? If so, read on!

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.

• Work directly with customers' sophisticated problems and issues by detailing, tracking, and supervising problems to ensure timely resolutions.

• Participate in various projects to supervise and improve responsiveness to customer.

• Plan and supervise goals while proving strong social skills to detail operations procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent experience with 1+ years of technical support experience in a computer-related area; Global IT Service Desk function experience highly preferred

• Shown understanding of related ITIL standards.

• Intermediate knowledge of infrastructure support components preferred.

• Availability to work rotating shifts and holidays.
