Position Summary


 


The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will be responsible for performing the day-to-day financial reporting & analysis for assigned functional area in the Compliance & Revenue Assurance team.  In partnership with other leaders, the SFA is responsible for creating and maintaining tools and analysis at scale to create a consistent program of reporting and analysis.  Partner with Financial analyst and leadership to analyze Small Cell Network Projects, Jobs, Cost data and Contracts to assure identification of Non-recurring revenue and timely notification and billing to customer.   Work closely with Network Project delivery and Network Finance teams through course of project delivery and contract compliance. The SFA is expected to deliver high quality, accurate financial reporting & analysis and drive continuous improvements throughout the reporting tools and processes.


 


Essential Job Functions


 



  • Conduct or review identification and analysis of Non-recurring revenue within Small Cell Network Contracts and Projects (including but not limited to Capital Pass through, Milestone, Cost Plus PT & Clawback)

  • Create and maintain reporting tools & analysis to enable real time analytics and performance management

  • Create insights from data to inform process and program improvements.

  • Communicate & Enforce operational financial interpretation and processes for contract compliance and revenue assurance

  • Act as subject matter expert for business partners related to Non-recurring revenue, while ensuring accuracy of contract complaince and assurance

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with other company stakeholders to drive accomplishment of overall company goals and objectives.

  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results for assigned functional areas.

  • Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.

  • Research and resolve business unit inquiries for assigned functional areas.

  • Perform special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.

Education/Certifications


 



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.

 


Experience/Minimum Requirements


 



  • Five (5) years of experience in a financial analyst or accounting related position.

Working Conditions:  Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.  Minimal travel required.
