Operations Integrator at Two Six Labs in Arlington, Virginia

Job Description:

Two Six Technologies is looking for a self-motivated individual to be a key extension of the CEO and members of the Executive Team to help drive initiatives and provide support through rapid growth. You will be working in a fast-paced tech-savvy environment and be required to handle a broad range of internal operational and organizational needs. This position allows for some remote work, but the individual will be required to work out of our Arlington, VA Headquarters a few days per week.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working with the CEO and Executives to prioritize, plan and deliver on cross-company key initiatives, projects, and priorities
• Serving as an internal analyst, coordinator and project manager to ensure various projects and initiatives are moving forward
• Breaking down problems into actionable solutions, mediating disputes, and dealing with operational issues before they are brought to the attention of Executives
• Developing a system metrics dashboard that allows you to stay organized while juggling several projects, stakeholders, and priorities at once
• Performing administrative tasks, such as complex calendar scheduling, deconflicting competing priorities, preparing meeting materials and reports, composing, and proofing internal and external communications, coordinating travel arrangements, arranging all associated logistics for internal and external business meetings and conferences.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with meeting/event planning, and task management

• Must be detail-oriented, technically adept, resourceful, and agile to constantly changing demands and priorities.
• Ability to identify and create efficiencies to drive projects and initiatives to meet desired objectives and outcomes
• Possess analytical skills and the ability to quickly process and synthesize disparate information
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with internal leaders and colleagues across the business and keep executives accountable with tact and grace
• Associates or bachelor's degree
• Experience working for a tech start-up or management consulting environment
• Demonstrated interest and experience in emerging technologies and entrepreneurial spirit

• The candidate must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
