Doorperson
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Door Person is responsible to provide a warm welcome to arriving guests/customers, open their vehicle doors, assisting with their luggage and opening the hotel doors

  What you will be doing:

  
  
• Responsible to approach guests as they arrive/depart and offer assistance including calling for transportation service.
• Open doors for guests, offer warm and sincere welcome to the hotel.
• Maintains driveway traffic flowing to allow main hotel entrance accessibility, as well as to ensure ample space for passenger and luggage loading and unloading.
• Answers questions and aids giving accurate information regarding outlet hours of operations, hotel services, directions to local attractions, function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc.
• Approaches and offers luggage assistance as guest arrives or departs.
• Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner. Listens and responds to guest inquiries using a positive, body language and clear speaking voice.

Your experience and skills include:

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• High School graduate
• Ability to speak and write clearly in both English and Spanish
• Ability to carry out detailed, involved instructions both written and oral
• Capacity to multi task, prioritizing issues and resolving as deemed

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the related field preferred
• Hospitality experience preferred
