We have a great opportunity for an emerging quality leader to build the implementation of the Process Control Plan and drive the corrections and continuous improvement through the production line

What do you get to do in this position?

• - Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied

  - QC in-process production by confirming specifications; communicating required adjustments to production supervisors.

  
  

  - QC finished products by confirming specifications; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.

  
  

  - Lead continuous improvement on its production lines

  
  

  - Lead root cause analysis of quality issue and Problem solving (PRB)

  
  

  - Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the production lines

  
  

  - Create and maintain quality control documentation

  
  

  - Lead Process audits and Process FMEAs

  
  

  - Provide inputs and challenge about quality for new product or product evolution (PMP and PEP)

This job might be for you if have the following:

Experience in industrial environments.

Technical degree (Engineering or other).

Preferably 5 years of experience in Quality Departments.

Some experience as Electrical/Mechanical is a plus.

Skills and abilities required

Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
