• Provide high-quality virtual, hands-on, and on-site hardware and software implementation training classes for Ribbon’s IP/Optical Business Unit Channel Partners.


• The position is based in our Ft. Lauderdale training facility and travel is required to provide classes on-site at Channel Partner locations throughout North America.


• Post the training process, provide direct high-quality technical support to our Partners during their implementation and commissioning activities.


• Interface with Ribbon Customer Support teams when necessary to resolve complex hardware and software implementation problems.
