Job Description:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive training in all facets of banking.


• As training is received, the trainee will function in the various positions for a period of time utilizing the skills learned.


• Ensure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in a business related field.


• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.


• Functional PC skills with familiarity with Word and Excel

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Normal office conditions


• Some travel required


• Some workweeks in excess of 40 hours
