Who we are looking for

Senior Associate will be responsible for offshore monitoring of regulatory reporting processes to ensure deliverables are fulfilled to our client’s requirements.  Within this role, the candidate will need to work with offshore team to ensure daily activities are completed within deadlines and to clients expectations.  The candidate will need to be familiar with regulatory reporting initiatives and how new initiatives impact our client deliverables.  Ideally, candidate will have regulatory reporting experience and knowledge of derivative products.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Associate you will


  • Manage offshore regulatory reporting process to ensure client deliverables are met.


  • Train offshore staff on day-to-day regulatory reporting process.  As processes change due to new requirements, create SOPs and communicate new requirements to the team.


  • Assist manager on technology deliverables and ensure new software/enhancements are initiated in production successfully.


  • Look for opportunities to enhance current process without affecting quality


  • Keep up to date on new regulatory reporting requirements and effectively partner with client and internal technology to solve for new requirements.

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree


  • 3+ year of financial operation experience


  • Strong knowledge of derivatives


  • High proficiency in Bloomberg and Excel
