We are currently looking for Construction Electrical Project Managers with previous experience to join our team!
The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions as listed below with the overall objective of establishing an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and profitability of the completed project. This position performs project management responsibilities on larger project ($1M to $20M), including coordination of design, procurement, and construction activities. This role develops a complete understanding of the Rogers Electric contract and any relevant subcontracts in order to provide full support to the overall project management team.

What You'll be Doing:

Support proposal teams on the completion of technical and commercial proposals, providing project planning, means and methods of project execution, schedule preparation, and cost estimating
Review the prime contract and any relevant subcontracts
Collaborate in the preparation of the documents associated with the execution of all aspects of the project in accordance with contractual obligations
Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action
Meet the as-sold profitability target established in the project commercial baseline, and ensure project leads communicate specific contents with relevant project team members
Keep senior operations management fully informed on project status, including client relations, project cost and schedule, changes in risk assessment, anticipated changes in project financial performance, and any other major concerns
Organize and prioritize a variety of multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and manage critical time deadlines
Ensure that project invoices are submitted to the client in accordance with contract requirements and proactively follows up on accounts receivable and the timely receipt of payment in order to minimize the cost of cash
Support the projects by providing an environment for the development and professional advancement of project personnel, including providing on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities
Financial understanding of:

Scheduling (including manpower loading)
Progress measurement
Risk assessment and management
Code of accounts
Work breakdown structure
Change management
Cost control
Estimating process and planning

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of previous experience in commercial construction, design, finance, or project management
State electrical licensing preferred
Basic computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, email, spreadsheets, and electronic presentations
Prior experience with ProCore, Bluebean, ReMa, Dynamics AX and Accubid preferred
