Nemera is in need of a Process Engineer. You will be responsible for leading the development, installation, validation, ramp-up and life-cycle management of injection molds and molding solutions for medical device components.

You’ll help us achieve our corporate growth goals by bringing these skills to us:

• Engineering or technical degree or equivalent


• 5+ yrs Process Engineering in high-volume Plastic Injection Molding required


• Experience in the qualification of complex, tight tolerance injection molds (2-shot + Cube mold technologies)


• Knowledge of statistical methods (6 Sigma, SPC, DoE)


• Naturally approachable, engaging, good listener and hi-pace / action-oriented professional
