Job Description:

Job Functions:

Works with proposal teams to draft and edit proposal narratives and ensure all content and requirements are met and present BROOKVILLE within its established brand and industry credentials.
Work with commercial and technical proposal teams to craft questions, responses, and address issues during proposal phase.
Develop, distribute, and ensure completion of customer surveys and analyze resulting data.
Develop, maintain, and evolve overarching BROOKVILLE branding and messaging, and market-specific branding and messaging.
Develop and execute annual marketing strategy within the allocated available budget and ensure alignment with strategic business and market goals and initiatives.
Manage, coordinate, and support all trade show/exhibitions/events.
Develop and produce digital and print marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, photographs, press releases, articles, newsletters, videos, product renderings, trade show materials, and other items as needed or required.
Oversee company website including administration, maintenance, and support.
Conduct market research and analysis for new and existing markets.
Interface with client PR/media representatives to ensure approvals of materials for publication and joint initiatives.
Serve as strategic creative consultant/director for presentations, messaging, branding for both internal and external purposes as required.
Direct and coordinate with necessary vendors as required.
Handle incoming press calls and general inquiries within the guidelines established by customer contracts.
Serve as company spokesperson or coordinate press interviews with executive management.
Lead industry/public interest tours.
Crisis response support.
Special projects as necessary or assigned.
Other functions as assigned.
