The Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor of OB/GYN Medicine (Clinical Faculty Non-Tenure) will be responsible for directing both low and high risk obstetrical services and gynecological care of patients in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Duties will include supervision of residents and medical students in the clinic and hospital settings, participation in didactic exercises, and diagnosis and care of patients in clinics as directed by the Department Chair.
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

-Be innovative Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Required:-D.O. or M.D. Field of Study Ob/Gyn-Two (2) years of experience in direct patient care andthe management of gynecological conditions and both low and high riskpregnancies. Appropriate history of clinical research, service, andscholarly activity will also be necessary as well as a clinical record ofsufficient depth to qualify for faculty appointment at the rank of ClinicalAssistant Professor.Certifications,Registrations or Licensure:
This position requires a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine orDoctor of Medicine, Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology throughthe AOBOG or ABOG, Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology,and licensed to practice in Oklahoma. The position also requires a devoted interest ineducation. Teaching experience and OB/GYN research preferred. Proficient in diagnostic tests pertinent to OB/GYN. The position requiresstrong analytical skills, advanced multi-tasking skills, advanced problemsolving skills, and the ability to effectively plan. Good communicationand leadership skills are a positive. Interpersonal skills are required tointeract effectively with faculty, students, and administration.
