This high-visibility position reports directly to the Manager, Employer Brand Experience, and is located in our state-of-the-art headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct associate engagement events at all Inmar locations, both virtual and in-person


• Plan, organize, and direct internal and external events and meetings


• Create and maintain an internal events calendar


• Coordinate and oversee Inmar’s participation in community events


• Oversee and track the team’s budget


• Track and report on key performance metrics


• Recruit and coordinate volunteers from throughout the company to assist in event preparation and execution


• Field and coordinate requests from internal, associate-led groups to facilitate activities


• Field and coordinate requests from external groups


• Author and publish content for corporate intranet


• Author and publish content for corporate website and social media


• Assist with updates to digital displays at multiple locations


• Assist with team projects, some unrelated to assigned duties, as needed


• Serve as backup to communication team’s graphic designer/photographer / videographer as needed


• Maintain inventory of Inmar-branded items for use at promotional and recruiting events


• Serve as a key contributor to the cross-functional recruitment marketing team, including the development of marketing materials (flyers, posters, job descriptions) for recruiting

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably in communications, marketing, or a related field)


• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an employee engagement, communications or marketing role


• Proficient technical skills related to content creation, writing and editing, and graphic design


• Proficient in Google G Suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent


• Experience with videography and video production using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects is a significant plus


• Experience using task- and project-management software (ex: Asana)


• Experience with photography and/or videography is a significant plus


• Project management skills are a significant plus


• Candidate must be fluent in English - bilingual Spanish is a plus
