Job Description:

Summary:
Responsible for making a large volume of calls to referring and non-referring physicians' offices for the designated market territories on a daily basis. Further develop rapport and overall relationship with the referring and non-referring physicians' offices to grow overall business.
Essential Functions:
Perform daily calling activity with the goal to connect with each assigned contact. If unable to have an actual conversation with an office representative, the contact will be placed back in the calling rotation until a connection is made.

Communicate information in regard to our services, processes, contracted insurance and all relative information accurately and effectively on each call.
Use proper discretion in regard to the information provided on calls.
Generate emails to target contacts on a regular basis.
Enter summary of each call in the system.
Fax out information to physicians' offices requested during calls and inform appropriate Business Development Manager (BDM) to make personal visit.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral coordinators by phone with a goal to increase referrals to VibrantCare.
Maintain communication to BDM's and VP of Business Development as appropriate per interaction during calling activity to referring and non-referring physicians' offices
Foster a positive and favorable image of VibrantCare via interaction with physician contacts.
Promote and maintain excellent customer relationships both internally and externally on all levels and provide feedback to VP of Business Development on a regular basis.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills
Professional selling, reporting, and documentation skills with an ability to maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
Ability to develop and leverage new referral source relationships.
Interpersonal skills that allow the development and maintenance of effective working relationships with marketing and center personnel.
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
Consistent customer service orientation and focus.
Ability to make many calls each day and properly summarize each in the system.
Required to be proficient in Windows based office technologies (Word, Excel).
