Job Description:

The Treasury Management Implementation Officer is responsible for coordinating the implementation of cash management services. In addition, the TMIO, will serve as an operations liaison to customers to facilitate a thorough service delivery process as well as support the sales and service efforts and commercial team and the treasury sales manager. This role will require close collaboration with our clients and internal team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Provide technical sales support and consultation for Treasury Management customers; conduct product demonstrations as needed.
• Partners with commercial team to establish and maintain new commercial banking relationships for the bank with a focus on treasury management products.
• Mines existing commercial portfolios for treasury management opportunities.
• Attains established individual and department goals by executing sales strategies set by management team.
• Collaborate with internal team members to resolve any workflow, payments, transactions or other operational questions/issues posed by customers during the implementation process.
• Direct the training to end users, either via webinar or in person, on the proper use of the various Treasury Management services.
• Demonstrate critical problem solving and sound judgment/decision making.
• Act as a liaison between our operational partners and our customers throughout the implementation process.
• Review Treasury Management Agreements, internal forms, and onboarding requests to ensure proper execution and audit compliance.
• Acts as subject matter expert for Treasury Management products, services, and systems.
• Project tracking and reporting.
• Demonstrate well-developed time management and prioritization skills.

• Influence and establish positive working relationships across the organization.
