Your new company

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the whole operations team and make sure everything is running smoothly and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for hiring/training new staff, reviewing project controls, generating strategies for tenants, budgets and handle all work orders on hand.



What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you possess a minimum 5 years' experience in preventative maintenance as well as a background in residential and negotiate with contractors. Must have knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, make ready units. You'll also possess excellent leadership qualities and are able to lead on any given project or task.
