Job Description:

The Finance Administrative Associate position is a first shift position reporting to the Plant Finance Leader at the New Holland Plant in Gainesville, GA. The position provides administrative support for the following areas: costing, payroll, purchasing, accounting, and inventory control. Other responsibilities include participating in the Plant Safety Process and working with associates in all areas of the plant and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll coding, inputting, auditing, and tracking


• Financial Data Analysis


• Prepare weekly cost analysis and adhoc reports


• Investigate Invoice/Billing Issues


• Review and assign correct coding for Freight Bills and all Non-PO invoices


• Financial Charts/Reporting


• Packing Material Consumption and Reconciliation


• Reporting waste and scrap to corporate and following up on payment


• Back-up to Supply Room Associates


• Other items as assigned by the Plant Finance Leader

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2-year accounting/finance degree or equivalent work experience


• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and other financial information


• Strong analytical skills


• Detail oriented


• Self-motivated


• SAP Experience


• Advanced Excel abilities
