Job Summary:

Provide technical leadership across multiple domains and/or value streams. Serve as an expert resource to advise other teams and recommend solutions to technical design problems. Ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test,and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the Software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Advise in the application of modern architectures, principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities. Lead the resolution of highly complex problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions.

Job Specific Information:

Experience in Architectural Leadership driving Cloud and Microservice Architecture Framework & deployments, and API First strategy. Requires a passionate interest in keeping current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements wherever appropriate. Driving the API architecture and delivering superior quality software meeting business and customer needs. Mentor team members to design and implement the solution.

Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:

• Ability to work and negotiate with internal and external partners to accomplish goals.


• Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.


• Must have knowledge and exposure of AGILE/SAFE.


• Knowledge of core API concepts & strategy,


• Spring Framework enabling Microservice Architecture,


• Service Mesh and Kubernetes container management solution.

Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Collierville, Tennessee (Memphis) or Plano, Texas (Dallas).

Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Requires five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
