Job Summary:


The role of the Inventory Specialist is responsible for all administrative and light duty tasks in the warehouse. This includes cycle counting, checking picked orders, receiving D365 administration, couriering cold items and intercompany mail between buildings, managing PPE consumables and monitoring the manufacturing support rooms.


Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for maintaining quality standards, processes and controls.

  • Help develop methods for inspection, material control, and shipping.

  • Follow established process for control of final material. Including material management for inventory, storage.

  • Deliver small items and mail to people or companies via company van.

  • Fill and account for material requisitions submitted by Manufacturing.

  • Maximize inventory control.

  • Check and record accuracy of picked orders.

Qualifications:



  • 1-year forklift experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds

  • Able to reach overhead to select material

  • Ability to read, write, and understand basic English

  • Valid Driver’s License
