Job Summary

Responsible for the overall maintenance of Vendor Relations ensuring vendors are performing to established SLA's, assigning work to team, following up on vendor quotes, and overall reporting of vendor performance/quality. Provide feedback/reporting of daily file findings to management. Support relationship of new vendors according to established guidelines, creating profiles, gathering documentation, and communicating with vendor as necessary. Assess vendor performance to ensure industry compliance, regulatory requirements and applicable state and federal law requirements are maintained. Provide feedback/reporting of vendor findings to management.

Essential Functions


  • Responsible maintaining positive relationship with vendors.

  • Act as liaison between vendor and team, provide customer support as needed to vendors.

  • Provide feedback/reporting of daily findings to management.

  • Assist with vendor/customer calls to the department.

  • Analyze weekly reporting tools to identify trends and coaching opportunities.

  • Confirm vendor compliance with all state regulations.

  • Monitor vendor/associate performance.


Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used


  • Customer service skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively partner with vendors and customers.

  • Residential and commercial title experience; including title examination preferred.

  • Negotiation skills; Able to manage a customer's needs when negotiating with vendors.

  • Knowledge of products, state regulations and guidelines

  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures

  • Must be able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks

  • PC skills Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, and Visio


Typical Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Typical Range of Experience

  • 2-5 years of related title experience
