This location requires that teammates in this role be vaccinated for COVID-19. If you are hired for this position, DaVita will require proof you have completed the COVID-19 vaccination, or that you have a valid medical or religious exemption. All exemption requests will be reviewed by DaVita's Leave of Absence team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Ability to lift 35 lbs.


• Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines if operating the water treatment system


• Ability to work overtime with little or no notice


• Medical background preferred


• Basic computer skills and proficiency required in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; functional proficiency in all required computer systems of DaVita within 90 days

Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required.
