The Path Forward Return to Work program at SailPoint is a 16- week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. The Platform team™s mission is to deliver and supportsoftware and services that underpinsmanyother engineering teams at the company.You will have opportunity to work with many internal stakeholders(several Engineering & Product Management teams, DevOps,Quality, and others), and effectively collaborating withall of them to deliver services like rich search capabilities, BI reporting capabilities, global authentication, authorization and API routing, among others.

About the Role

We are looking for a well-rounded backend software engineer who is passionate about building and delivering reliable, scalable microservices and infrastructure for all of our SaaS products.

  Requirements
  

  
  


• 2+ years of professional software development experience
  
  


• Experience with Java and desire to additionally work with Golang
  
  


• Great communication skills and collaborative demeanor
  
  


• BS in Computer Science, or a related field
  
  


• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
