YOUR ROLE


  • all® free clear is the #1 selling detergent brand in the sensitive skin laundry segment.  It is also the #1 recommended brand by dermatologists, allergists and pediatricians for sensitive skin.  As the Associate Brand Manager on the brand, you will be expected to:

  • Impact decisions and support the development and execution of brand’s marketing programs

  • Develop and execute outreach and communication plan designed for HCPs and their patients, including: medical congresses; sampling programs; online content development, etc.

  • Analyze business performance and help shape brand direction by anticipating competition and market trends and translating consumer attitudes into actions

  • Assist with communication of brand strategies and work extensively with cross-functional teams (Marketing Services, Sales, R&D, etc.) to bring ideas to market

  • Contribute to achievement of P&L, top-line and bottom-line targets

  • Develop and effectively execute all Marketing Plan programs, including: media; medical; consumer promotions; the all free clear connection social community; and PR

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key agency partners, particularly within medical

  • Actively participate in creative development (i.e. develop creative brief, provide creative feedback)



YOUR SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field; MBA preferred

  • 2-5 years of related experience, in consumer products marketing or sales preferred; demonstrated leadership ability

  • Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas; excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Project Management experience a plus. Ability to balance multiple objectives and prioritize accordingly; solid analytical skills

The salary range for this role is $84,300 to $115,000.  This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
