Job Description:

-This position provides basic nursing care and administers medications in a community mental health program.
-The individual has responsibility to observe and distinguish a broad range of problems of a physical and socio-psychological nature and to intervene in such problems in order to facilitate client's highest level of functioning.
- This position requires sensitivity in relating to clients, families, staff and community.

• Maintain clear, accurate and concise consumer records on the same day as service 80% of the time with a 70% productivity goal.
• Assist clinical department head as requested/required.
• Provide professional linkage/consultation with outside entities.
• Enter all service information in the Tulare County HHSA Management Information System (AVATAR) by completing Electronic Service Activity Logs (ESALs) at the end of every shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
