As a Business Program Manager II, you will be responsible for collaborating across the enterprise to ensure accurate program operationalization and stakeholder communications. Advise and educate regarding ReedGroup best practices and help solution effectively to meet client and internal stakeholder needs. The Business Program Manager II will have a deep knowledge of absence management and disability service options, process definition (use case creation), time & attendance and payroll concepts. Also, responsibly complete tasks in accordance with project timelines and escalates issues appropriately. The Business Program Manager II will be the single point of contact for questions from stakeholders. As well as work cross-functionally with ReedGroup Product, Customer Solution Delivery, Claim Operations, Payroll, Account Management, and Legal/Compliance.

You have:
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Leave of Absence and Disability knowledge required
Strong written and verbal communication and documentation
Enterprise systems (UltiPro, PeopleSoft, ADP, Workday, Smartsheets, Jira) knowledge preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Related professional certification (PMP, CPDM, CLMS) preferred
You will:
Demonstrates a deep understanding of the business & business process, including building strong partner relationships with key business stakeholders
Takes on complex, high-profile projects that require multiple integrated systems with new requirements
Demonstrates an ability to proactively manage multiple stakeholders across several departments to agree upon and deploy solutions
Provides consultative direction regarding technology or process solutions to help internal and external stakeholders understand options to meet requirements
Drives clarity, adoption, and enhancements to ReedGroup's Service Model Options (PADU)
Supports review and solutioning (decision making) of all non-standard requests across all functional areas any time throughout the customer lifecycle (Pre-sale, Implementation, In- force, Renewal)
Supports reporting of outcomes and cross functional alignment of Service Model decisions made
Utilizes organizational-enabling practices to deliver consistent and predictable change management
Supports enterprise level product & process initiatives including planning and scoping interdependent activities and leading senior business stakeholders to make informed decisions
Ensures best practice approach for operationalizing changes regardless of cross-functional team initiating
Collaborate with partners to coordinate efforts as needed to ensure on-time and accurate delivery including cross-functional Rollout Readiness
Maintain knowledgebase of current tools, technology, and methodologies
Identifies and acts on needs to help improve/maximize business results

As our Business Program Manager II, you will report to our Director of Business Program Management.

The primary location for this position is remote, with an 'at home' work arrangement
