Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking a Director of FP&A to join their team. This client is a large retail company with a growing online presence. This role will work on a team of 40 people. This Director of FP&A will role will work remotely but will need to make occasional visits to the office.

Responsibilities of the Director of FP&A will include:

• Director of FP&A will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes


• Prepare and maintain financial models


• Director of FP&A will prepare reporting


• Manage 3 staff members


• Evaluate processes and implement improvements


• Director of FP&A will prepare ad hoc analyses

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business


• CPA is a plus


• 10-15 years of FP&A experience


• Supervisory experience


• Experience in the retail industry


• Excellent communication skills
