Gather information, compile, and distribute monthly reports for the Branch Managers' meeting.
Serve as a lobby receptionist, greet and direct customers, answer and screen calls, etc.
Act as the safe deposit box/ vault attendant.
Act as a discount brokerage representative: assist in buying/selling of stock, bonds and mutual funds.
Compile, duplicate and distribute reports weekly to Executive Committee, CSR's, etc.
Prepare consolidated report and handle fees for Advisory Board meetings.
Perform other duties within department as assigned.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
Position normally requires a high school diploma or GED plus such practical knowledge and skills as would be learned on the job.
Over six and up to 12 months of experience.
Excellent PC skills with knowledge of Word and EXCEL software.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work necessary office equipment.
Valid driver's license.
Notary Public.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office conditions.
Some travel required.
