Some Key Areas of Responsibilities include:

  • Thorough knowledge and ability to perform the GSA, Concierge, PBX and Bell Staff Job Description and Duties.

  • Must be fair and equal with interactions, both positive and negative with Front Office Associates.

  • Must be professional and act in the hotel's best interest in all transactions and interactions with the hotel's guests. Must protect the assets of the hotel.

  • Notify the FOM of extraordinary behavior, both positive and negative, of Front Office Associates. Suggestions for rewards or disciplinary action required.

  • Encourage professional growth and promotion for all Front Office Associates.

Requirements:

  • Effective with time management skills.

  • Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Possess telephone etiquette skills.

  • Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
