Federal Advisory Partners is looking for an Associate Consultant to join our team of dynamic healthcare consulting professionals. Our Consultants play a critical role in the continued long-term growth of the company and spend a significant amount of time interacting with clients, coordinating and leading project team members and developing and contributing to work products and contract deliverables.

Responsibilities

We are looking for action-oriented, highly collaborative individuals with innovative ideas and the desire and ability to engage and inspire others to achieve extraordinary results.



Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Proactively seeks knowledge of the client organization by researching background information and speaking with team members about project scope and goals.

  • Conducts market research to identify trends that may impact client business operations, and shares knowledge both internally and externally, as appropriate.

  • Actively participates within the team and seeks guidance and feedback from team members regarding work products, client needs and internal deliverables.

  • Adheres to all established project processes and procedures. Understands and follows all F|A|P rules and guidelines regarding resources and how to use them.

  • Takes initiative to support team activities.

  • Identifies problems within assigned project tasks and communicates with project leadership.

  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines.

  • Accurately documents client communications and shares information with the project team.




Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience required; or recent MS/MHA/MPH/MBA grad with related internship/work experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic environment and produce deliverables in tight timeframes.

  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
