Program Analyst

Work Location: Fort Sam Houston, Joint Base San Antonio, TX

Cape Fox is seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team in support of a government customer. This position is contingent upon award.

Core Duties:

• Develop, advise, and administrate programmatic activity in support of Branch research activities and work as a member of Branch program analyst and support team to coordinate programmatic products and tracking with Division integration managers, core research area, and product line leads/program managers


• Prepare routine periodic reports on program health as directed


• Assist and advise the development of internal Branch processes and products to ensure accurate reporting, timely updates, and standardized efficiency across all Branch reporting units


• Enter program and work unit updates and maintain statuses in Enterprise software reporting tools (e.g., clarity)


• Generate products and data analysis to answer program metric and analysis taskings, including annual Lab Management and Program Management Reviews


• Advise Branch leadership and researchers on cost, schedule, and risk


• Track milestones, expenditure rates, and management indicators as directed


• Performs other administrative and analysis tasks as directed by Branch Leadership
