The Sales Support Coordinator expedites the AMN Strategic Workforce Solutions selling and contract process in partnership with the sales team members , leadership and clients by organizing business/sales documentation and communication, assisting with managed services and other strategic workforce solutions contracting processes, clarifying internal and external compliance directives with all stakeholders, and coordinating with AMN Marketing on strategic sales collateral and sales tool deployment. This role requires ability to develop a cross-divisional understanding of AMN divisions and their key stakeholders and demonstrates an ability to execute communication and activities that support the advancement and successful win of STS accounts that ultimately impact fill rate, revenue and profitability.
Coordinate with legal on all service agreement documentation to be submitted to clients, in partnership with RVPs and VPs of Business Development to clarify contract terms for client review in order to secure executed agreement.
Interpret and document all contract terms using contract analysis form to gain leadership approval and update contract administration team.
Highlight specific contract components for VP of Business Development where AMN can improve contract terms (e.g. auto renewal clause, bill rates, indemnification, additional insurance terms, per diem tax, etc.) by closely monitoring agreement language in order to increase client by client profitability and reduce liability exposure
Assist RVPs and VPs of Business Development with securing escalated contract approvals by coordinating client contact and AMN stakeholders (legal, risk management and sales leadership) and gathering account information, revenue and supporting documentation in order to increase business while reducing liability exposure.
Initiate template for new prospects at appropriate sales stage and monitor completion throughout pipeline stages
Coordinate Return on Investment (ROI) process under guidance from VP of Business Development in gathering appropriate information and compiling ROI for approval by internal stakeholders
Assist with preparation of Solution Design meetings and coordinate gathering of information and communication necessary to secure approval by internal stakeholders; under the direction of the VP of Solution Design.
Participate in internal strategy and client calls; capture notes and prepare materials in support of sales representatives
Prepare pricing documents using existing contracts, market rates and other intelligence for sales and finance teams
Prepare client sales and activity reports using Salesforce, Smartsheet, AMIE, Brain and Excel daily, weekly and monthly in order to submit for management and client review for analysis of sales activities; develop new reports as needed.
Administer Microsoft Teams channels for Strategic Workforce Solutions.
Administer Salesforce by maintaining accurate client, activity and pipeline data in partnership with sales representatives.
Format and prepare PowerPoint Presentations.
Maintain and update department files.
Conduct client research for Competitor Analysis Tool and in preparation for client meetings on behalf of sales team.
Make travel arrangements for presentation preparations and client meetings.
Facilitate document signatures for NDAs, completed contracts and other forms.
Provide coverage for the SVP, Strategic Client Sales and RVPs of Business Development, Managed Services by responding to email, AMIE tasks and phone.

3-5 yrs sales operation or administrative experience in fast-paced environment
