The B2B Regional Marketing Lead will be a member of the Zoetis Petcare B2B Marketing Team responsible for successful development and execution of strategic and tactical plans while leading the Regional Marketing Team to success. These plans are designed to advance the partnership between the Zoetis brands and our Petcare customers while advancing lead management/enrichment. This individual will be laser focused on executing against our strategic imperatives of knowing, engaging and growing the customer. This will require an understanding of market research, data analysis, metrics, an understanding of industry trends and customer needs, sales leadership structure and go-to-market customer engagement strategy in an impactful way.

Education and Experience
Seasoned professional with regard to managing agency partnerships, budget, colleague interactions, project management, deliverables, and deadlines
Mastery of strategic marketing, portfolio/brand management, and marketing/finance principles
8+ years' experience in marketing with a strong track record
3+ years sales experience
1+ years people leadership experience
