Summary

You will support the analytics requirements of the Global Operations Academy. As the new Training Support Associate, this person will help identify where the academy is bringing value to the business and where it could potentially bring value. In addition, this person will partner with the Performance Management Lead to improve existing training and performance support offerings, as well as find gaps and other areas of opportunity. The Training Support Associate will have strong self-management skills to bring quality deliverables on time, and also to proactively upskill themselves. The ideal candidate will also be able to execute on existing designs and innovate to the next level.

Responsibilities

Learning Analytics Program Management


  • Implement Global Operations Academy analytics strategy

  • Evaluate key business impact and other key performance indicators

  • Evaluate job performance outcomes/Level III metrics.

  • Evaluate job performance enablers/leading indicators

  • Design learning effectiveness research and create measurement plans

  • Work with analytics SMEs

  • Recommend improvements for analytics

  • Evaluate and analyze key training and performance support efforts

Project Management


  • Plan and execute per the project objectives, focusing on the operational elements of the project such as meeting deadlines, and completing deliverables

  • Communicate and track project objectives and requirements

  • Manage the constraints of the project and provide timely status updates

  • Anticipate and mitigate risks

  • Develop and manage optimal stakeholder and project team relationships

Analytics


  • Generate metrics to identify areas of improve

  • Define, design, and create analytics instruments and other methods

  • Design and create analytic reports and visualizations

  • Capture metrics data

  • Analyze data

  • Design learning effectiveness research and measurement plans

Research and Reporting


  • Prepare reports and other written communications; communicate interpretations, and predictions; make recommendations

  • Prepare visualizations/graphics, dashboards

  • Present findings to internal team and key stakeholders

Qualifications


  • Good skill in identifying significance in data: patterns, trends, correlations

  • Effective at communicating insights through a consistent, evidenced-based story/rationale

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills

  • Excellent written and document design skills

  • Excellent oral communication and stakeholder relation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a training-related area, Education, English, Journalism, or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate education or training

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for this role is $80K - $108K per year with 15% bonus target.
