We are looking for a rock star Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be part of the growing Talent Acquisition team at Sarepta. Thisindividualwill have the opportunity to lead candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle starting from sourcing to offer negotiation. In addition, he/she will build relationships with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines and act as a brand ambassador through excellent storytelling. This individual willalso activelyparticipate intalent acquisition projects that could involve: competency interviewing, university partnerships,branding, strategic sourcing and candidate experience. The individual will have the flexibility to work remotely or in the Cambridge office, as necessary.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Perform full-lifecycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, negotiating and extending offers.
Builddiverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, advertising, networking,referrals, and industry contacts
Inspire and educate passive talent about Sarepta's mission and deliver an excellent candidate experience through the recruitment and onboarding process
Execute on strategic recruiting plans that attract a diverse candidate pipeline while proving an excellent candidate experience
Exhibit excellent storytelling of why Sarepta and why now
PartnerwithCompensation tounderstand Sarepta's compensation philosophy that willattract and hire talent that will help to sustain and contribute to theSareptaculture
Partner with business and HRBusinesspartners to align on methodologies and accuracy of Workforce Planning, demand planning and headcount management
Consultwith Hiring Managers and Compensation to determinerecommendedcompensation packagethat will secure top talent
Provideinput in Company's recruiting strategy and visibility efforts
Collaborate on departmentlevel projects and initiativesand seek opportunities for cross functionally collaboration within the organization
DesiredEducation and Skills:
Bachelor's Degreeis preferred
5years of recruitingexperience,biotech/pharmaindustryexperience is preferred but not required.
Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated successes in networking and building pipelines, comprehensive behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment skills, strong negotiation and closing skills.
Experienced with a variety of sourcing strategies including direct sourcing, internet postings, networking, social media and other additional cost-effective non-traditional sourcing methods
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple searches effectively
The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Team player and problem solver with a high sense of urgency and motivation
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
