Job Description:

C&I has an opening for a Process Engineer in our Louisville office. This position receives technical guidance and administrative direction from the Chief Process Engineer or designee. Prepares calculations, specifications, studies, sketches and drawings of process systems both at high conceptual level and detailed design. Performs a variety of computer-based modeling, designs, engineering, and planning tasks on project(s) relating to distilled spirits and other beverage facilities. Reviews accuracy of vendor submittals. Applies standard engineering and design techniques, procedures, and criteria to solve engineering problems. 

• BSChE


• PE License preferred


• Must be familiar with food processing, CIP, and packaging


• Six plus years of related work experience preparing construction documents in a multi-discipline engineering environment preferably in food or beverage plants 


• Working with maintenance or tech services is a plus


• Must have experience in quality control and related subject matter


• Strong communication skills and flexibility to adapt to change


• Must be able to plan and adapt to schedules and budgets
