ENTERPRISE MARKETING: PROJECT MANAGEMENT STRATEGIST (LEAD ANALYST), DIGITAL INNOVATION

OBJECTIVE

The Project Management Strategist (Lead Analyst) of Digital Innovation will join a team of technologists, producers and designers that are responsible for the creation of complex digital products and services across our Enterprise. They will manage all aspects of research, planning, configuration and implementation of digital marketing initiatives. This person will also lead processes associated with sourcing, security review and legal, required when introducing new technologies into our ecosystem.

Successful candidates will have significant experience in enterprise digital production operations, including resource management, building capabilities, leveraging digital technologies in accordance with security measures, managing internal and external technology vendors, implementing processes to drive efficiency and delivering results in a complex environment with multiple cross-company partners.

Awareness of and ability to lead effectively in an environment governed by compliance, privacy and accessibility is also essential. Strong project management skills are necessary to maximize effectiveness as they interface with internal and external clients, senior leadership and partnerships established to enable our success. The senior advisor will also be responsible for supporting their peers in a collaborative environment while focusing on best practices in digital innovation, technology integration and utilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for short-term project planning to meet long-term goals. Works with senior leadership and other managers to meet goals and provide business solutions. Establishes the scope of projects, allocates the proper resources, and monitors the performance of several initiatives including financial, analytical and engagement metrics. Provides status updates to senior leadership, clients and additional external stakeholders.
  • Works with Sr. management and SLT across the enterprise to understand business plans and objectives. Researches best practices and executes plans for solutions to meet objectives.
  • Forecasts needed resources such as vendors, technologies, consultants and staffing needs to accomplish business objectives.
  • Responsible for managing the review, selection, and contract negotiation for vendors of services that are utilized in the Digital Innovation team.

  • In collaboration with Sr Operations leadership, will research, evaluate and recommend new delivery processes, platforms, products and services, and new software and hardware.


  • Recommend and own new innovation systems and environments to improve the digital innovation process, adoption and utilization of new solutions.


  • Manage and encourages new ideas from peers to foster improvements through innovations, design-thinking and empathy.


  • Is accountable and responsible for their own actions and decisions.


  • Further enable a virtual work environment where appropriate that enhances teamwork, productivity, and engagement


  • Work closely with SMEs from business partner teams across our enterprise to maintain a high performing digital innovation ecosystem.


  • Assist in providing scope and cost for projects alongside account leads.


  • Partners with the Digital Production team to monitor and test system and tenant application performance for issues, identify possible solutions, and work with developers and administrators to implement those fixes. Reports on existing portfolio of products and services to ensure optimal performance measures are maintained.

Ideal candidates will offer:


  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in Digital, Communications, or Marketing preferred

  • 4-6+ years of leadership/management experience supporting enterprise digital innovation and services. Leadership experience to include both project management responsibilities and responsibility for coordinating the efforts of others.

  • Experience guiding a team to reach solutions to complex problems; Mentors team members to be great problem solvers.

  • Experienced and able to analyze and research current and new technologies to enable our company's strategy.

  • Experience creating, executing and adjusting a plan with a high degree of independence.

  • Experience in seeing beyond a current process, identifying process improvements and managing others through change.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to solve problems, using structured methodologies (i.e. customer journey mapping, design thinking, business process design, and lean six sigma / continuous improvement)

  • Must be willing to make recommendations and challenge upwards when appropriate for the best interest of the team and enterprise.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, as well as problem solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions and implementation of solutions.

  • Experience presenting to leadership as well as external clients and partners.

  • Strong relationship management skills.

  • Strong strategy development and operational skills.

  • This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
