This is an exciting role involves reviewing breaches of firm policy via internal case management system for quality assurance and raising high-risk incidents as needed to senior management. Candidate will be accountable for coordinating disciplinary review meetings with senior management to assess the impact and appropriate outcome for higher-risk cases. Role also involves providing reporting analyses as needed to key partners and conducting a Compliance department-wide Committee that reviews conduct trends, risks, and gaps on a quarterly basis. Applicant will also be accountable for approving conduct data report requests and case management system access requests.

Your future colleagues

The Investment Banking Conduct and Disciplinary Compliance (IB CDC) team is based in the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) department and interacts with Conduct and Disciplinary counterparts globally. The IB CDC team regularly works with the Conduct Risk team, which is also based in CCO and leads the Conduct framework, governance, and policy in handling sensitive matters that pose potential risk to the Bank, the IB CDC team provides a dynamic working environment with opportunity to interact with senior management.
