This HR Payroll & Benefits Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of total rewards team. This individual plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates work flow.

Key Responsibilities:
Manages and coordinates Company total rewards programs to ensure linkage to business objectives in order to attract, retain, and motivate employees by developing and implementing competitive programs to meet the needs of the corporation and the various business units.
Ensures that related goals and targets are achieved through the effective management of resources, programs, systems and policies.
Liaises with managers to develop and implement local total rewards strategies that are compliant and appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall reward strategy.
Analyzes and evaluates external market data and internal data about the current and projected employee population to develop total rewards budgets and forecasts.
Ensures the reward strategy is implemented effectively, within established budgets and complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
Manages, motivates and assesses performance of a total rewards or human resource support team.
Minimum Requirements:
Typically a minimum of 6 years in the field and 2 years supervisory experience
