YOUR ROLE

• Executes the operational plan of an engineering task based on engineering designs and work specifications
• Works closely with external contractors and ensures the quality of delivered services and products
• Sets up or adjusts complex equipment according to manufacturing specifications Identifies and implements opportunities of process optimization

YOUR SKILLS • High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining large industrial machines.
• Associates in Electronics, Electromechancial Tech certification, or Industrial Mechanic certification preferred
• 3-5 years of experience high speed manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to learn production equipment processes and operations to aid in machine troubleshooting and operation support
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English to communicate and interact effectively with associates at all levels.
• Must have basic computer and math skills
