Expense Auditor

Part-Time

Position Overview:

We currently have an opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive, problem solving individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our Disbursements Team as an Expense Auditor. You'll have the opportunity to work on various expense activities .

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing member expense reports
• Work with our corporate credit card provider to issue, close, and raise credit card limits
• Answer members' questions about expense reporting in our expense management system
• Review reports to help drive appropriate expense reporting compliance
• Work in our Travel and Expense audit system to review and audit credit card expenses to detect fraud and other costly expense habits
• Assist with process improvement initiatives
• Other projects and assistance as needed within the Disbursements Team

Education:

• High school diploma required

Experience:

• Prior experience in Concur and/or Oversight a plus

Skills and Competencies:

• Detail-oriented, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships with members and vendors
• Computer skills; Word, Excel, SAP preferred
