As the Junior Salesforce Administrator, you will be providing technical expertise to the CRM users and wider business, while also carrying out vital audits, project support, and administrative duties. To succeed in this role you need to have strong communication skills, technical horsepower, and resourceful problem-solving abilities. This role will be working alongside our Salesforce Administrator, your work will involve the maintenance and management of Salesforce as you take charge of the data cleaning and enrichment processes. You can expect there to be plenty of opportunities for personal development, as well as the opportunity to learn and enhance our current Salesforce environment and 3rd party integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Basic Salesforce Administration (data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, page layouts, etc)
  • Provide tier 1 technical/operational level of support to company-wide users.
  • Support the System Administrator and execute assigned project tasks.
  • Triage incoming requests and escalate to System Administrator as needed.
  • Assist System Administrator with stakeholder communications and project updates/progress.
  • Assist with implementations, integrations, and testing of new enhancements and system add-ons.
  • Assist with user management (onboarding, decommissioning, profiles, roles, permissions, and system access)
  • Keep up with Salesforce updates/releases and system performance/uptime.
  • Assist with technical documentation, how-to-guides, and knowledge base articles.

Expected Compensation Range:

  • $60K - $80k annually
