This position is responsible for providing all facets of recruiting for non exempt and up to mid level exempt employees of the corporation. This will be achieved through the development of local and where required national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter II will play a critical role in ensuring AltaMed employs the best possible talent.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data.
Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
Assist in preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.
Perform other special projects as assigned.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruitment experience is preferred.
Minimum three years of non exempt and lower level exempt recruiting experience required.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
Experience in a nonprofit agency setting is desirable. Experience related to the human resources function, which will have provided the knowledge and skills outlined above may be substituted for the college education on a year-for-year basis.
When driving on AltaMed business, maintenance of a valid California driver’s license and satisfactory driving record is required.
