Role and Responsibilities:

Cognizant is seeking to hire Client Relationship Manager, (CRM). In this highly-visible role, you will be responsible for managing sales and delivery functions, opportunities and revenue across an entire Client Account. The role is focused on building relationships with Fortune 500 and mid-sized market leaders, C-suite executives, divisional leaders and senior leaders within various functions.

You will work with Commercial and Delivery teams and leadership to develop account plans and a balanced book of business across client accounts and growth areas. Working with senior executives, sales teams and support functions, you will have responsibility for driving the Account's profitable growth and success. Skills Required:



  • Excellent Communication skills




  • Good presentation skills with ability to create and deliver compelling propositions




  • Previous experience with account management




  • Demonstrated success in planning and controlling account related activities; use of delegation and effective communication.




  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships




  • Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, strategic thinking and ownership




  • Creative thinking and out of the box solution mindset




  • Ability to understand client business model and proactively create opportunities to drive value.




  • Staffing demand fulfillment




  • Proven experience in working with VPs and CxOs




  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience




  • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology




  • Understanding or experience in Salesforce platform is nice to have
