We are seeking an Technical Account Manager in the US who is responsible for following and carrying out all stages of the management process for Creaform&aposs external metrology projects. He/She is involved in the promotion of the company metrology services on a daily basis, manages technical project activities, follows up with customers and ensures their satisfaction. He/She is also acts as a consultant, to support customers in optimizing the use of their Creaform products and to provide them with the best advice in terms of metrology expertise and services. Task and Responsibilities: Service sales support (40%) • Support customers throughout their life cycle with Creaform to maximize the use of their product and provide them with the best advice in terms of metrology products and services. • Support the SSS (Service Sales Specialists) on technical issues. • Participate in account reviews as a consultant. • Collaborates with the regional Service Sales Manager, to deploy strategic plans in the different business sectors affecting common customers. • Participate in the sales training effort for the internal sales force. • Make occasional visits to existing customers. Project Management (60 %) • Qualifies and assesses customer projects in connection with the evolution of the service offer. • Summarizes customer needs to communicate them to technical teams. • Manages and plans new projects, in collaboration with technical managers, systematically respecting the processes in place. • Performs regular follow-ups with project teams and clients during the duration of the services. • Performs post-project follow-ups with customers (satisfaction measurement). • Prepares and writes bids for potential projects.
