Assistant Banquet Manager
Are you a passionate about providing effective support and guidance to ensure successful & positive guest experiences? We are searching for a AssistantBanquet Manager to effectively monitor daily operations of the banquet department.

• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the department to ensure a high level of customer service within all banquet service & function areas.
• Develop and maintain all policies, procedures and standards within the department to continuously improve quality and costs.
• Effectively communicate all banquet related materials to the kitchen & other supportive departments prior to and during events.
• Create unforgettable experiences for our guests

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
