Director of Human Resources - Hilton Houston Post Oak at Hilton Global in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

The Hilton Houston Post Oak boasts 448 spacious guest rooms, among the largest in the Galleria area, all with step-out balconies, inviting restaurants and more than 25,000 sq ft of event space. This prime location in the Galleria area is seeking a Director of Human Resources who will provide continuous leadership in creating and delivering an exceptional team member experience and best place to work. The role will collaborate with hotel leaders in ensuring outstanding guest service, team member engagement, favorable financial outcomes, strategic leadership and talent development, culture, innovation and human resources operations.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Education: BA/BS
Minimum Years of Experience: three (3) years in an HR Manager/Director or Assistant HR Director level role within hospitality or related industry, at least five (5) years' experience in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

S/PHR or SHRM-S/CP certification
Bilingual Spanish candidate highly preferred
