Position Summary
The In-House Recruiter serves as a key member of our recruiting team. Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about best practices in the talent acquisition space, capable of communicating across levels of the business, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, exciting environment. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company as we expand our Human Resources team!
Responsibilities
Review candidate qualifications for business fit and conduct phone screens with prospective hires
Schedule interviews with local hiring managers and collect interview feedback
Apply screening criteria to positively impact attrition in assigned territory
Engage candidates and sell the benefits of a career with USIC
Manage the offer process and serve as the primary company resource for new hires up to their training date(s)
Evaluate the candidate pipeline and brainstorm creative ways to increase candidate flow
Host hiring events and build relationships with potential sources
Communicate directly with our local teams to provide world-class customer service
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
2-3 years’ related experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills/people skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Workday Recruiting experience is a plus
Occasional travel required
